Is it possible to have line attributes included within the line section in the supplier response Excel in Oracle Fusion Sourcing?

In Oracle Fusion Cloud Sourcing, when suppliers respond to quotations using the Excel template, the "Line Attributes" section appears outside the main section where they fill in the line details.

We would like to know if it is possible to configure the Excel template so that the line attributes are included within the same section as the line details, making it more intuitive and efficient for suppliers to complete.

Is this functionality available in Oracle Fusion Sourcing? If not, are there any suggested workarounds or configurations to achieve this?
