Dears,

We have created several Descriptive Flexfields (DFFs) and linked them to their respective documents. When an employee submits a document record, the system displays the fields associated with the specific document type.

Additionally, we have configured auto-complete validation rules to ensure data accuracy. For example, if the value in Field 1 is selected as "Yes", but the employee does not select a value in Field 2, a validation error message is triggered during document submission. This functionality is currently working as expected.

However, our business team has an additional requirement:

If the value in Field 1 is selected as "Yes", and the employee does not enter a value in Field 2, the system should display an error message immediately when the employee tabs out of Field 2, rather than waiting until document submission.
