Working report stopped and throwing an error ORA-01722: invalid number

Summary:

I was able to use a custom BI Report a week ago. But it stopped working and throwing an error "ORA-01722: invalid number" when running. I am not sure what is causing the issue. Tried a number of things but noting worked. Tried convert check_number to number by adding to_number. Also tried to_char method with ids. I am not sure but possibly a recent quarterly update of Fusion might have caused this. Can anyone help?
