Create Job Offer change job grade

Dear all,

I would like to check if the Grade under Create Job Offer can be changed or not?

We created Job Requisition from Position, and the grade is being extracted directly which doesn't allow update.

However, it is comment to Create Job Offer with a lower or higher grade than the job requisition.

Is there any setup can configure to let the Recruiter to update the Grade
