SSH to Instance Failed at "Permission denied (publickey)" in OCI ubuntu

I downloaded the private and public files from the Console connection > Create local connection > Generate a key pair for me option and hit Create Console Connection. Now, I am trying to connect with the instance using SSH I got an error of Permission denied (publickey)
