Does Eloqua auto unsub anybody that replies to a emails with the word "unsubscribe" or similar?

Summary:

I've worked in previous marketing automation platforms where somehow (magic, maybe?) if an email recipient were to reply with the words "unsubscribe" or "don't email me anymore", etc. they'd be marked opted out in the system for us. Is that a feature in Eloqua? I can't find anything in the knowledgebase, so I'm assuming not - but to be sure, asking here.
