EDI 850 PO Outbound communication issue with GHX

Summary:

We have PO Outbound communication enabled to GHX for supplier. Occasionally, we see some of the POs are not getting communicated to GHX i.e. we can see the status as 'Success' in oracle but GHX says they did not receive any payload. Due to volume of the PO outbound these usually gets noticed a bit late and only when the Requester/Buyer notifies the issue.

  1. We want to understand what could be the possible reason as we don't see any errors in CMK, inface the status says Success.
  2. Is there any way to monitor the status further other than from the CMK.
