As a Business we have Multiple instances of Oracle Field Service Cloud used for user training, user acceptance testing (UAT) and system development work (DEV).

All profiles in these Environments are set-up as direct log-in with generic passwords & Over time we have shared URL's and passwords with users for these purposes.

We are looking for an economical, timesaving and viable solution to reduce the maintenance overhead of ensuring security is maintained in accessing these Environments where users have had access details shared previously.
