need advice for candidates that is different from the report and UI

Hello all,

We experienced a scenario wherein on UI, the email and candidate number is different from what we pull on our custom report which is pulling the top of stock. During our initial oracle SR, the reason of the discrepancy is that there has been changes(duplicate merged) action has been made by this candidate. However, after the said action. The issue already occurs as it is misleading our recruitment. Any possible solutions?
