Account upgrade still in progress for 2 weeks
I currently have a Free Tier account and on March 8, 2025, I requested an upgrade to a paid “Pay As You Go” account. As part of the process, my card was verified with a US$100 charge, which was successful. The message I received stated, “Your account upgrade is in progress. A confirmation email will be sent after the upgrade is complete.” However, as of today, March 23, 2025, my account is still under evaluation.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance or update on this matter, as I need to proceed with my projects as soon as possible.
