Unable to view usage quantity in Credit Memo

The problem with passing usage qty value to AR interface in Credit memo transactions

On the original invoice of the subscription with one line that has qty of 1000 and unit price=4.5 we can see qty of 1000 multiplied by unit price of 4.5 =4500. 

When the line was cancelled with full credit, however, on the Credit Memo we can see only total credited amount without qty
