How to restrict element entries entered through ICP

Summary:

We are using the ICP plan (Compensation), which includes recurring elements of the voluntary deduction type and involves an approval process. Once all approvals are completed, element entries are performed. When users navigate to the Element Entry page, they should not be able to edit the element entries processed through the ICP plan. Please let us know if it's possible to restrict users from performing element entries for specific elements, as the data for these elements is entered through the ICP plan. Users should not be able to modify any entries that have been processed through the ICP plan. Please
