How to remove the salary adjustment for employee when changing working hours?

Summary:

Hello,

We have employee going on temporary part time (for exemple during pregnancies) so we are doing a Change of Working Hours. The issue is that the salary change amount is automaticaly calculated.

So when a person is coming back to full time,we are changing the working hours and therefore the annual salary and it is count in the system like a salary raise which is not the case.

Is it possible remove the automatic salary adjustement calculation only for the action "Change Working hours"?

Thanks,

Regards,

Lucie
