    Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): A user wants to be able to utilize the Split Allocation feature as a delegate. When switching the Owner from their profile to the delegate, they see the Split Allocation button but its greyed out.

    Is there another privilege that needs to be added to allow the user to do Split Allocation as a delegate?
