Allow the additional ability in VBS to sort by ascending or descending in team time card

Description (Required):

Currently, on the Team Time Card Redwood page, VBS has the capability to set the default sort by any column, such as status, person name, or time period. However, in VBS, we cannot specify the sort order as ascending or descending, a capability that is available from the UI.

We would like to have the ability to set the sort order (ascending or descending) in VBS as well.
