Redwood: Self Paced Learning: Publisher values not showing up in self paced learning

Summary:

Redwood: Self Paced Learning: Publisher values not showing up in self paced learning

When creating the self paced learning, under definition tab > details section, I see the 'Publisher' field, It is only showing 'Learning Department' value to choose even though we have multiple values enabled for the look up as shown in the screen shot below.

Has anyone faced the same issue??
