how to create a link in redwood page

Hi Experts,

Can anyone explain how to create a link (need to keep a URL in the link, so that employees can access and review the data) in Before You Enroll/People to Cover Redwood page. Previously we have created a link in non-redwood page, but it is not working when redwood enabled. If anyone achieved this requirement, could you please explain how to achieve this?
