Have an option to not render the Redwood page automatically to speed up loading

Provide a flexible option to open a Redwood page in Visual Builder without automatically rendering the live Redwood page to speed up load times.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Sometimes you know exactly the change or action you need to make and are comfortable with the page not being rendered to do it. In advanced mode for example the menu for commit, push, pull etc is not selectable until the page has rendered.
