how to display bill-to site name on order entry and search result page

Summary:

Our customer name is in multiple language, but on order entry page, the search customer function can only search by customer's organization name, not alternative name. the clients use local language, not English for customer name and why the value in bill-to customer name and ship-to customer name are the same as customer, all of them are organization name. this is no bill to site name on order header and search result page
