How can I export Large Amount of records from the object at once efficiently?

I need to retrieve the total records for an object that contains Millions of Records . To filter the data, I applied a "Record Created Date" filter and attempted to download it by year. However, there's a challenge --- the report contains 3.3 million (33 lakh) records for a "Single Day", while the download limit is restricted to 1 lakh records only .

What is the best way to efficiently export the full year's data?
