Bulk Import Operation Transactions (Maintenance)

Summary: Is there a way where we can bulk import maintenance operation transactions for work orders. We have a requirement to complete weekly contractor executed maintenance via an extract from their portal. Doing this manually would not be feasible. We need to populate the transaction date, actual start & actual finish dates as well as notes
