    • ABO - Suspend and Resume Flow Implementation between CPQ and Fusion Cloud

    Summary:

    Hi Team,

    We are currently implementing the Asset-Based Ordering (ABO) flows between CPQ and Fusion Cloud (CX, Order Management, and Subscription Management). So far, we’ve successfully completed the following flows using the standard out-of-the-box integrations provided by Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) via the Oracle CPQ Fusion Bridge:

    Implemented Flows:

    • New Order
    • Amendment
    • Renewal
    • Termination

    These were achieved by following the official Oracle documentation.

    However, we are facing challenges with implementing the Suspend and Resume flows. These flows are initiated from CPQ, but since the corresponding Sales Order is already closed, there is no direct integration path from CPQ to the Subscription module to update the subscription status accordingly.
