We have executed the Workforce Compensation Transfer to HR process, and it is running successfully. However, there are 519 employees for whom the salary adjustment action is marked as "No Action." These employees have not been considered for salary adjustments.

I am currently unsure of the cause of this issue. Notably, similar types of employees have had their salary adjustments posted successfully in the HR salary records.

Can any of you help me with this issue?
