Recent Uptick in Punchout Error in SSP

Has anyone else been experiencing the below error lately? We've received reports since 3/17. Majority of our shoppers aren't impacted, but 16 people did report the error. Most were using Chrome. Clearing cookies/cache and switching browsers are the workarounds.

"An error occurred in communicating to the punchout site defined in the catalog Marketplace. Contact the Procurement application administrator (POR-2010058).  The response from the punchout site is invalid. The error code is 400."

We did open SR 4-0000491197 about this error.
