Offer e-Signature Validation

Summary:

Hi,

Our client has a question regarding e-Signature on the offer letters and how it gets validated. We have explained everything that's available in Oracle's documentation. But they had a question, if the Last Name is what is validated by Oracle, then is that not weak? How can we be sure that the person signing the offer is the person who should be doing it.

We have explained the offer goes to the candidate's email and the identity is verified before the offer acceptance is asked. However, they say that their business is such that, in some regions, the users may not be fully knowledgeable to use systems. In fact for these type of hires, they are accepting applications via phone number not an email. Because they think at least phone is essential, and everyone will own it.

Howdy, Stranger!
