Can we add employee data in the exported worksheet from workforce compensation plan.

Can we add additional data in the exported worksheet from the workforce compensation plan, And will the exported worksheet show all the validations which are present in the compensation worksheet.

For example: Exported worksheet has 50 records can we add 1 new record in the worksheet offline so total becomes 51 and upload it back to system?

Example: We have validations on the increment amount column but once it is exported offline and opened in excel sheet will it have the validations which are present in system online.
