Did anyone faced a change in Act as behevour after 25A?
Summary:
We have user in one plan as manager - no "Act as" defined.
On a second plan he had "Act as" top manager.
On 3rd plan- no access at all.
After 25A he was able to "Act as" top manager and view all 3 plans.
No data role process was run, no setup was changed
