Availability Preferences page not displaying Workforce Scheduling

The Availability Preferences page does not display for employees. They are able to view their Calendar and assigned shifts etc, but when they open the Availability Preferences Page it displays as blank.

The following privileges are already included in the employee role:

- Manage Scheduling Availability Preferences by Worker

- View Scheduling Availability Preferences by Worker

Does anyone have any advice on how to display this page?
