Either this requisition doesn't exist, or permission is required to view it

Summary:

When 25A went in over the weekend the Requisition Approval notification changed to Redwood.

When using the hyperlink for the Requisition, an error is displayed. See below

Redwood SSP has been opt'd into and my user has that custom role assigned.

The View Requisition - All (POR_VIEW_REQUISITION_ALL_PRIV) is also assigned.

I can query the Requisition manually from the Redwood SSP UI, without error.
