Anyone company's use Merge Candidate functionality with Hireright Integration?

Summary:

We use the Merge Candidate functionality (in 25A Recruiting, not on Redwood yet) and have integration set up with Hireright for Background Check Services.

Do any other customers use these functionalities? We are seeing issues between the integration with Merged candidates.
