Conditional formatting of PO Header DFF based on Line DFF

Summary:

We have an issue where POs with inspections were missed. I would like to address this by popping an indicator in the PO header for the presence of Inspection codes in the PO lines.

Number of lines with codes or simply a box that says "inspections" would work for my use case. I'm assuming i'll need to put together a query but I'm having a time with how to conditionally format one piece of text in one DFF. It seems all the formatting is all or none.
