VBS Redwood-How to make Toggle field Off (Include for Automatic Conversion)

Summary:

I am required to Toggle Off a field (Include for Automatic conversion) on flow Add a Pending Worker — > Work Relationship Info.

The field is showing ON by Default, however When I am checking in VBS, the Default Rule is showing this field as Optional, and there is no way I could find to Off this, how can I make this Toggle Off by default, Client requirement is to Off this by default and then hide this section otherwise if we are directly hiding the section, this worker is getting included in automatic conversion which is not desirable.

Please suggest
