How to differentiate the edit, create and view position flow in visual builder studio

Summary:

We have a requirement where certain field should be editable only at creation and non be editable/visible when editing later, is this feasible?

In Visual Builder Studio, i can see that there is only one business rule that impacts the screen Create, Edit and View position.

For example: headcount might be Editable only when creating the position, it should be non-editable if the position is modified and it should be hidden in view mode? (its just an example)

Has anyone got a similar requirement and was able to do this?

Grateful if i could find any information on this matter.
