Explicit invocation for FAQ skill using auto postback with system.textReceived

We need to invoke a FAQ skill explicitly. We are using common reseponse component with system.textreceived.

And it requires user to click on label or provide input as it is with type postback. In this case we want to avoid any use action so that will be auto postback
