OM Freight is getting applied at AR Invoice Header and we want Tax to be calculated on Freight

Hello Expert,

We are capturing freight/handling/duty/insurance charges on sales order using Shipping Charge rule at time of Sales order entry, upon shipping,these charges are getting captured on AR invoice header, our requirement is to have tax on charges (freight/handling/duty/insurance), we followed Oracle document link to process Freight as line level charge.

 

, but after shipping, Invoice task is stuck and getting below error
