Freeze or Disable the Bank Account Transfer Cancel Option

We want to Disable the Cancel Option at the Manage Bank Account Transfer page once the bank transfers are transmitted to Bank.

we are unable to get the bank account transfer acknowledgment to disable or freeze the cancel option. When we transfer Bank Account transfer funds to the bank and we receive an acknowledgment, how can we retrieve the acknowledgment on the bank account transfer page? We want to cancel bank account transfers based on acknowledgment rejection. If the acknowledgment is fine, then the  cancel option should be disabled.
