Can we make an employee inactive based on a Date DFF instead of Actual Termination Date

Summary:

We have a requirement where we have a DFF(HR Approved Date) in the Resignation/Termination page and the requirement is the employee has to go inactive on the HR Approved Date instead of Actual Termination Date.

We just want to know if we can add an EL expression of autocomplete rule to Actual Termination Date which has to be changed same as HR Approved Date once the Resignation/Termination is approved.
