Is there a role we can use to access private plans?

Summary:

Private plans are our way of restricting access to users from different business areas, but we have a Central Support Team that will need to access plans for analysis, debug and supervision. A role accesing private plans could do that, if that is available.

Functionality to have access is good in terms of keeping plans private, but it is hard to keep up with Centralized Support teams, that would need to be included in every private plan. We're looking for privileges to access all plans.
