How to hide sales territories for a specific role

Summary:

I wanted to hide sales territories and show them only to their respective owner (I'm using a custom role of Partner Admin)

I tried using the Sales/Service access management,

I also tried the Security console, where I added a data security as "Read" and only for the Territory owner

But I don't get the results that I want: The role has read only access to all territories in the system
