Identify which succession plan external candidate is assigned to

We need to delete an external candidate from the Succession Plan; however, he is already linked to a succession plan. How can we identify which succession plans he is assigned to?

We are using Redwood Succession planning pages. In our business process we do not use named candidates so need to delete this External Candidate; however, they have already been linked to a Succession Plan. How can we identify which succession plan he is linked to so that he can be deleted from the plan?
