Unable to connect to PS from ODA in new PeopleTools environment

Hi,

We are upgrading our PeopleTools version to 8.61 from 8.60 and trying to deploy the chatbot for PeopleSoft FSCM in the new tools.

We keep getting the below error whenever we try to use either expense or Requisition skill.

I checked the configuration and compared with the older tools version and don't see any issues with it.

Can you please advise if something has changed in PeopleTools 8.61 that is creating issues?

We were already live with PICASO in our PROD environment which is under PeopleTools 8.60 and it works great.
