Implementing scoring and strategies Advanced Collections in Oracle Fusion.

Summary: We are implementing scoring and strategies based on scoring Advanced Collections in Oracle Fusion. Currently We are sending Dunning Letters through Dunning Configuration setup and scheduled Send Dunning Letters program.We have a question on when we go live with the same in Prod with strategies, how can we tackle scenarios where customers have already received first or second letters already. Eg: A customer has already been sent soft Dunning Letter through existing Dunning config. Now when we are live with strategies in Prod and cancel previously scheduled dunning program and automatic dunning letters are sent by strategies tasks, it will
