Product Notice: Usage Limit Enforcement - Max 10,000 Contact Records in Sandboxes Starting Aug 2025

Overview
With the arrival of Eloqua release 25C (Aug 1-15, 2025), Eloqua will be enforcing the usage limits on the number of contact records you can have in a Sandbox environment.
What's changing
As a reminder, Eloqua sandbox environments come with a defined usage limits per asset and component category:
- 10,000 contact records and account records
- 25,000 custom data objects
- 2,000 e-mail sends per month
- 5,000 form submits per month
- 20,000 page views per month
Starting with the 25C release, Eloqua will start enforcing the limit on contact records, thus each Eloqua Sandbox environment will be limited to 10,000 contact records. You will not be able to create contacts beyond the limit, but you can update existing contacts. If you already have more contacts than the specified limit, they will not be impacted, but you won’t be able to create any additional contacts.
