Unable to change default flag on Custom item views, Default flag is again turing back on after save.

Summary:

I have defined a custom view by duplicating the Product Mangaement Search and modified it as per my need.

I made this as default search, after that I noticed there are several searches marked as default in for Product Hub. Is this valid ? Can we have multiple default flags turned on for same application type and task flow ? In my case Product Hub application and Product search ?

Also , when trying to de select default flag, it is still turning back on upon save.
