There is a quartz program that runs the background for every 2 hours and picks up all the booked leases and generates Lease Detail Reports (LDRs) and then attaches the LDRs to the lease and moves the lease to finalized.

So if the customer leaves the lease in Booked status, quartz will run and identify these leases, the LDRs will get generated, then attached to the leases and the leases get moved to Finalized.

The Quartz process gets started by the Financial Maintenance Process which runs every day. If the customer leaves the lease in Booked status, in two runs of the scheduler:
