Modify the default language for the Job requisition template

Summary:

I create job requisition templates.

I configure the tool in english as usual.

However, when I create job requisition template we cannot select an other default language as English. I understand that I need to be connected in French for example to have a job requisition template language French by default.

I would like to know if there a way to change the default language from a job requisition template already active ? I would like to change all requisition template with American language by default by French language by default.
