Display fields from Job Requisition on Interview Questionnaire

Summary:

We have an ask to enhance our interview questionnaire. Today it is lacking data and is very lengthy. By the looks of it, the functionality to create such questionnaire seems pretty basic. (We are creating this in the Setup and Maintenance>"Questionnaires" configuration space. I'm wondering if anyone is aware of options to do any of the following:

  1. Can we add details from the req such as Req Title, Position, Department and Hiring Manager to the questionnaire? (either as a field or nice little summary in a header-type section?)
  2. Can we auto-default fields like "interview conducted by" from those listed as part of the hiring team on the req?
