    Why are Ratings for Reviewer selected by default in the “Review content” section ?

    Hello,

    We've almost finalized the creation of our Talent review meetings via HDL but we're stuck on one point, in the second “Review content” section, to select the ratings for the evaluator.
    By default, the rating boxes configured in Template talent review are checked, for example: Departure risk, Departure impact, Lasting impact, Potential.
    We don't want these to be checked automatically. And we don't have the control to manage the selection of these ratings. How we can manage the selection of these ratings ?
