We have created 'Recruiting - Create Job Requisiton' rules but required job field not working

We have created a new 'Recruiting - Create Job Requisiton' rule. The job field under the "Offer Info" page attribute is showing as required by default. However, when our end users are completing the job requisition, they are able to progress the requisition without the job field being populated.

We have created a new 'Recruiting - Create Job Requisiton' rule. The job field under the "Offer Info" page attribute is showing as required by default.

We have also gone in through Page composer to make this field required

When completing the requisition, the Job field is reflecting as required; however, when our end users are completing the job requisition, they are able to progress the requisition without the job field being populated. It is only giving us an error requesting data for the Grade and Workplace field. If we leave the Job field blank, it will still allow us to progress and submit.
