Timeout to activate opportunity sales order

Summary:

We have one specific opportunity which users are not able to activate a quote (sales order).

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Whenever the user tries to activate a quote, user gets timeout. Any user, but only for this particular opportunity.

I tried activating the quote via REST API, and I got the following error:
